Grapes from vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3-5 ° C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days Wine of light green-yellow color with emerging golden shades. Wine with a wide range of aromas and flavors of apple, lemon peel, quince, apricot marzipan and linden blossom. Two-thirds of the wine matured for ten months in stainless steel tanks with regular mixing on the yeast, which gave it fullness, and one third for three months in a large barrique barrel of American oak, which enriched the wine with a fine trace of coconut and vanilla. Fresh dry wine with a slight residual sugar and ripe fresh acid, which gives it the basis for further bottle aging.

Recommendation:

Best with lighter poultry preparation, cold starters and veal. We also recommend with trout and other freshwater fish.
