Grapes from the vineyard with a reduced harvest, the wine matured on fine lees for ten months in stainless steel tanks with regular stirring. Wine of green-yellow color with golden reflections, with a wide range of aromas and flavors of apple, lemon peel, quince, apricot and linden blossom. Fresh dry wine with a slight residual sugar with fresh acidity, with a good base for further bottled maturity.
Recommendation:
For lighter poultry, cold appetizers, veal, trout and other freshwater fish.
