Grapes from a vineyard with reduced harvest processed by the cryomaceration method – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3 to 5 ° C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days, when it subsequently fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks. Wine of golden yellow color with aroma and taste of quince or mango compote, dried apricots, yellow apples and apple puree. The ripe bouquet of flambéed pear is complemented by the structured honey taste of perfectly ripe grapes. Wine with great maturation potential.
