The grapes come from the best vineyard in the Stará hora line in the wine-growing village of Moravská Nová Ves, with a very reduced harvest. They are processed by controlled fermentation technology, including malolactic fermentation using pure bacterial cultures. The wine has been aged for 12 months in French oak barrels Mercurey GC, Mercurey M+ and Francois Freres M. It is dark red in colour, with a strong cabernet bouquet, robust tannins and very pronounced black fruit. A wine with high extract, with a subtle touch of barrel on the finish. Full-bodied, harmonious taste with fine tannins and harmonious tannins. Unfiltered.
