Rhine riesling, RESERVE, late harvest, semi-sweet, Magnum 2015

1777  Incl. VAT

Grapes from a vineyard with reduced yield processed by cryomaceration – freezing with liquid carbon dioxide to a temperature of about 3 to 5 ° C and subsequent maceration at this temperature for three days, when subsequently fermented and matured in new barrique barrels from French Alier oak. Wine of golden yellow color with amber reflections, with a distinctive aroma and taste of quince compote, dried apricots, marzipan and overripe mango, yellow apples and apple puree. The mature bouquet of harmonized fruit, flamed pear, hazelnut and a wide range of finely fired oak barrels complements the richly structured honey taste of perfectly ripe elagotanin spiciness. Wine with great potential.

Recommendation:

Best with light poultry dishes, cold starters and veal, poultry livers, cream sauces, freshwater fish and sweet desserts as an aperitif or digestif.
