Grapes from the vineyard with reduced harvest, the wine matured in stainless steel tanks on fine yeast with regular stirring for ten months. Wine of greenish color, with a very delicate “thiol” aroma. On the palate, tones of elderberry, gooseberry, currant and pomelo. Full, harmoniously balanced rich taste, with a slight remnant of sugar and with a pleasant.
Recommendation:
For cheeses, oysters and other seafood, oriental specialties or asparagus.
