The grapes come from the Velkopavlovice wine sub-region, the wine-growing village of Rakvice, the Trkmansko vineyard from old (“wise”) vines (35 years old). The grapes are processed by the technology of controlled fermentation using neutral yeasts of the Riesling type. It was fermented and matured for 10 months in Seguin Moreau, Francois Freres FG, Francois Freres MTG M+ -TH Rare, Francois Freres MGMT exklusif, and Seguin Moreau Caucas barrels, which also underwent controlled malolactic fermentation. The wine is straw-coloured with golden highlights and reflects a very good composition with wood, a touch of vanilla, jammy pear and honey notes on the palate with well integrated acidity, medium-long aftertaste, a wine on the rise in quality with great potential.
Recommended for fatty fish, veal and sauces.
