Cabernet Moravia + Zweigeltrebe, latest harvest, dry, 2019

The grapes come from a vineyard with a reduced harvest from the Kněžská vineyard in the wine village of Mikulčice. They are processed by the technology of controlled fermentation, including malolactic fermentation using pure cultures of bacteria with subsequent maturation in multi-year barrels of various types. Wine of light garnet color, intense cabernet aroma with tones of black currant and josta, blackberries, cherries, cherry compote. Full taste with a wide range of sweet tannins and a pleasant content of tannins. Not filtered.
